When you enquire about our services or submit a training application, we collect the contact and eligibility information you provide (such as name, email, phone, postal code and the answers on the application form) solely to assess eligibility, contact you about programs, and administer training and placement. When you visit our website we may collect standard technical and usage data. We may also receive information from referral partners you have engaged with.

Legal basis, sharing & retention

We process personal data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in delivering the training programs. We share information only with the partners and government programs required to deliver and fund the training, and we do not sell personal data. Data is retained on North American servers for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or ask about portability by contacting us at the address above. We will respond within one month. Providing the requested data is necessary to process an application; without it we may be unable to proceed.

This site and our programs are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older and are not directed at children.
