  • Six-week, high-impact, employer-led training
  • Prepares participants for careers in prefabrication, modular construction, framing, installation, and digital design
  • Connects participants to real job opportunities across Ontario's construction sector
  • Built on CUBE's vertically integrated model — digital design → precision manufacturing → on-site panelized installation
  • Participants gain hands-on experience, safety certifications, and practical job-ready skills
  • Hands-on training in prefabrication, kit-of-parts, and modular construction
  • Includes elements of Ontario's employment readiness and health & safety certifications

ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to Ontario residents aged 18+ who are unemployed, underemployed, or looking to start or grow a career in construction.
  • No previous experience is required — just motivation and a willingness to learn. Black, Indigenous, and racialized people, women, newcomers, and others who are facing barriers to career entry are encouraged to apply.

Path 2 Purpose

Path 2 Purpose (P2P)

DURATION6 WEEKSTRAINEESPAIDFORMATIN-PERSON
  • Specialized stream of CUBE Building Systems' Prefab Pro training initiative
  • Offers refugees and displaced persons in Ontario targeted training in housing manufacturing and construction
  • Culturally sensitive, language-friendly, economically empowering model
  • Hands-on program combining classroom learning, real-world training, mentorship, and paid work placements
  • Helps participants identify strengths and passions to match them with roles in the industry
  • Guides participants from training to on-the-job experience and into sustainable careers
  • Phase 2 (planned): entrepreneurship training so graduates can become small business owners/employers, building a self-sustaining ecosystem

  • Hold Refugee or Protected Person status (or have experienced forced displacement)
  • Be legally able to work in Canada
  • Be 18 years or older and living in Ontario
